Today I received a dozen roses from Terry’s shop, The Lemon Tree in the Sparkle Market Plaza. My husband ordered red and then she showed me rainbow roses. So the order was switched. Her flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. Flowers from her are routine every year. They never fail. I love shopping here for that special gift too. Very happy.

We arrived in town the day before a funeral and placed an order for roses at almost 4pm and Lemon Tree created a lovely arrangement that we were able to pick up at 9 am the next morning. It was just perfect.

I wanted to get a fruit and flower basket for my neighbor whose wife died. Their website doesn't work no matter what I try to order. I called the location on Raccoon Rd and was told by a rather surly man that they know their website doesn't work. I told the man what I hoped to order and was told they didn't have the azaleas in stock. I didn't order. I went back to searching the internet and saw they had another location on Western Reserve Rd. It said they were open until 8. Since the website wasn't working for that location either, I drove 20 minutes to that location, arriving just after 4 pm to be greeted with a handwritten sign notifying me that they were closed for the day. This is absolutely disgusting. Fix your website and pay your employees better so maybe they will actually care to run your business properly.

I live in VA. And called on 4/2 to place an order for delivery to a family member in Poland. We had a death in the family. The girl that answered the phone kept asking me to repeat my order. I told her exactly what I wanted delivered and she said it would be really expensive. She said how much carnations and white roses were and I said, fine. I want what I ordered. She then replied, how about we knock it down to $35.00. Put in fewer flowers. Are you kidding me? I wanted 12 blue carnations and white roses, greenery, babies breath with a pretty bow in a clear vase. I have the money to spend so why are you not willing to sell me the amount of flowers that I am willing to buy? She said oh my bad. MY BAD. Are you kidding me? Obviously this business does not need anyone to order flowers from them. They denied selling this customer an expensive bouquet of flowers. Bad customer service. Does not listen to client. Horrible experience. MY BAD...

I ordered flowers on their website on a Sunday and I picked Monday as my delivery date, per their delivery policy. By Tuesday night the flowers are still not delivered to my grandmother. I called their Poland location to be told to call Cornersburg. Um but the delivery address is in Poland. They have not emailed or called to give me any updates. I will never order from them again. I would give zero stars if I could. Awful service.
